Q. Are estimates free? A. Yes. Gail would be happy to make arrangements to view the London, Ontario home improvement project at your convenience and provide you with a detailed estimate of the required services. Q. Do I need to purchase the materials for the home improvement project? A. You can, but it's not required. Reliable HOME Help can source out the necessary materials for any job (a price quote can be drawn up with or without materials, simply let Gail know what your preference is). Q. How do you charge for your home improvement services? A. Gail quotes each home maintenance help project on an individual basis. Some project may be charged by the hour. Q. Do you require a deposit? A. Yes. All services are assessed a 10% deposit prior to the start date. The remaining amount is due upon completion of the project and receipt of the final invoice. Q. Can I choose the materials / colours / manufacturer? A. Certainly – it's your home, after all! If you know exactly what you want, simply let Gail know. She will provide professional suggestions and recommendations, but ultimately the decision is up to you. Q. How do I know that I can trust you in my home or office? A. Gail has undergone extensive background checks by both the OPP and the RCMP in order to work in secure building sites. Q. Do you work evenings and weekends? A. Of course!
